There is no date in the online version of Dreams of when he first (who knows how many times he really went) went to Kenya but it had to have been in 83 because of the conversation with Auma about the lawyers contacting the heirs and how Sarah went balistic that they weren’t Sr.’s kids but Ruth had documents for Mark (but no documents for David??? cough, cough).
Exactly. If David was already dead, then why’d it take so long to settle the estate? If he wasn’t dead, then why didn’t Ruth have papers to prove David’s paternity? And if David was still living and if she had no papers to prove HIS paternity, then would she have corresponding papers to prove the paternity of any twin?
