So. What may the Iranians have now (domestic, imported) that might be capable of a torpedo tube launch? From what I know that is a bit dated, and not classified, they only have an older Soviet style missile capable of submarine launch but have no subs to launch them.
These would be vertical launched and not from torpedo tubes.

Well, they are building their own diesel eletrics now. We don't know if AIP equipped. But the Club-K can be fired from a torpedo tube as well as from containers. And there is a huge range of Iranian missiles, some of which may be able to be fired from a tube and carry a significant payload.
