No damned bureaucrat has constitutional power to write rules with the force of law, enforce the rules and punish under those rules. That is tyranny. The EPA has been doing that to businesses for DECADES.

In Terry v. Ohio (not me, by the way) the court ruled that a cop can conduct a limited search without a warrant only if you display “unusual conduct”. Is standing in a line waiting to board a plane “unusual conduct”?
