When “discussing” this issue before it passed, or even before 0bama was elected, with a lib,
I brought up the fact that Hillarycare had provisions for jailing doctors who treated patients outside the system.
“That won’t be in this one.”
Seriously, how can it not be, eventually? They will HAVE to stop people from going around the system or there will be no doctors IN the system.
