For two years we watched Barack Obama undercut the left wing of his party at every turn, with a disdain so palpable his minions could not resist insulting leftists in the most juvenile terms. For two years we watched the First Black President facilitate the greatest transfer of wealth in human history $12 to $14 trillion to Wall Street, and we watched as he put the U.S. war machine back on the offensive in the world. For two years we heard Obama say over and over again that he had no intention of taking targeted action to help Black and brown communities that had been targeted for destruction by banks. After two years, one would think that folks on the Left would have gotten the idea that Obama is pro-Pentagon, pro-Wall Street, and doesnt have a transformative bone in his body regarding either race or class. But, for many, the message, however obvious, has not sunk in. Rather than face the fact that Obama is not a friend of the people, leftish commentators insist on conducting a psychological analysis of the president. They seem to be trying to find some quirk in Obamas personality that can by corrected in time for the Armageddon showdown with the Republicans.....

Blacks ought to wake up and smell the ganja. They are totally taken for granted by the Democrats. Latino voters are the new sparkly toy.
Just imagine the firestorm if a group of whites complained that a President hadn’t taken “targeted action” to help whites. I am so sick to death of the double standard.
This group is delusional.
That cold and heartless android looks down his nose at everybody.
This irritating. What these creeps fail to understand is that what hurts one race or section of our population, hurts everyone. You can’t overly help one large section of our population without hurting the others and then ultimately hurting they one you initially tried to help.
We will all rise and fall together. Only a handful of powerful can float through the really bad times and even they can be vulnerable.
I'm not defending anyone, but the same conditions seem to develop everywhere when you pour government money into “projects” and the same low-lives inhabit it. People getting “something for nothing” put “nothing” back into the community, yet they whine for mo free stuff.
That's what “community organizers” do. It's all a game to destroy the productive by overloading the system.
I must not be on the memo distribution list because I totally missed when this change occurred. Why do black leaders now refer to themselves as the "black and brown community"? I've seen it a number of times in the past year but don't recall ever seeing this inclusion used beyond then. Are they lumping in Latinos to build their numbers? Hmmm, probably not. Or perhaps Mulattos or other mixed heritages to secure an ownership of people such as Obama or Tiger Woods into their "black community"? More probable? Did Obama, himself, first use this to gain a broader acceptance? Are they, the black powers that be, now dividing the original "black community" into sects?
I am aware that there has always been somewhat of an underlying divide between fair, or light-skinned blacks and darker skinned blacks in the sense of one's perception that somebody, maybe, "just isn't black enough". This was a specific phrase I heard from a black colleague leading into the 2008 election, referring to skin color as well as "street cred" (for lack of a better term). So is this particular phrase due solely to the rise of Obama? I started to think this was just a new entry into the PC dictionary but then again, I thought "black" was deemed politically incorrect by the powers that be and was replaced by "African-American" some years back.
Seriously, somebody help me out here. I'm curious. I'm trying to "get it", I really am.
At first we started out real cool
Taking me places I ain't never been
But now, you're getting comfortable
Ain't doing those things you did no more
You're slowly making me pay for things
Your money should be handling
And now you ask to use my car
Drive it all day and don't fill up the tank
And you have the audacity
To even come and step to me
Ask to hold some money from me
Until you get your check next week
Chorus
You triflin, good for nothing type of brother
Silly me, why haven't I found another?
A baller, when times get hard
I need someone to help me out
Instead of a scrub like you
Who don't know what a man's about
Can you pay my bills?
Can you pay my telephone bills?
Do you pay my automo' bills
If you did then maybe we could chill
I don't think you do
So, you and me are through
(Repeat) Now you've been maxing out my card
Givin me bad credit, buyin gifts with my own ends
Haven't paid the first bill
But you're steady heading to the mall
Goin on shopping sprees
Perpetrating to your friends like you be ballin
And then you use my cell phone
Callin whoever that you thinks at home
And then when the bill comes
All of a sudden you be acting dumb
Don't know where none of these calls come from
When your momma's numbers here more than once
Chorus
You triflin, good for nothing type of brother
Oh silly me, why haven't I found another
You triflin, good for nothing type of brother
Oh silly me, why haven't I found another
You triflin, good for nothing type of brother
Oh silly me, why haven't I found another
You triflin, good for nothing type of brother
Oh silly me, why haven't I found another

The article ignores the race-based benefits in hiring that are mandated by the “financial industry reform” bill.
