Palin is not only a phenomenon in politics, but TV and the English language as well

Excellent analysis! I think you have nailed it.
My take is, she should go for it in the primaries, and if she doesn’t win the nomination she could then put her “power’ behind a conservative to take the White House.
But, I think if she does run, she will win in a record breaking manner. This is a political tsunami like we’ve never experienced, and it’s curious...the more they attack her, the stronger her support becomes.
In a large field, she will walk away with it, as she has an automatic 30% base of conservative Tea Partiers.
She is us.

Aha! You’ve incorporated her presidential pic! Now that’s one I might “borrow” for pinging Sarah’s List. Perfect size. “Grate” job.

Yes, and you have beautifully stated the case for her.
Thanks very much, b9!

I hear she can walk on water, too. You had to be pure joy to be around during the Reagan days.

The other intriguing possibility is that Sarah Palin could indeed become BOTH queen and prophetess by taking office and CONTINUING to use outlets like Twitter and Facebook to spread the conservative message. Palin is clearly re-writing the standard political playbook. I vote for "BOTH".

Can you tell me what you mean by the next Ronald Reagan? Ive heard the comparison before, but have never been sure of what it actually means. I see two completely different types of people. You can read the Republican Party Platform and see the similarities very clearly -- and then you can clearly recognize the long, long list of RINOs who do not measure up.
At the same time, you will see clearly why the following statements are true.
Rest assured; Sarah Palin, specifically, can win, and she will win.
Romney cannot win. Huckleberry cannot win. Pawlenty cannot win. Thune cannot win. Jindal cannot run or win. Jeb Bush cannot win. Dittos for Mitch Daniels, Paul Ryan, Rick Perry, Duncan Hunter (I or II), or the Pillsbury Doughboy. Neither can John McCain, GWB, Bob Dole, GHWB, Gerald Ford, or anyone who resembles them in appearance or (lack of) principles.

Yesterday, Sarah Palins Alaska premiered with explosive ratings. Unseen in the history of TLC (The Learning Channel). 5 million people tuned in! The first episode of the eight-part series was the most-watched program launch in TLCs history
Just a reminder that this first show can still be seen on 'Video on Demand.' I watched it again last night on RCN cable.

Theres the official, elected end, which has historically held unlimited power. And then theres the unelected end - the people who mix among the people and communicate to them the ideas and beliefs which they believe are correct. And in this day and age of hyper-communication, the gap seems to be closing quickly on the question of which end of the spectrum can wield more power.
I think it's clear by the rise of the Tea Party, that the American people have completely rejected the establishment ruling class, and are determined to elect leaders who honestly represent The People. We want leaders who have not been drawn from the ruling class, nor who have been promoted from within the ranks of the political establishment.
Sarah Palin is the chief representative of that new class of rebel leaders, which is why I believe she will win the nomination, if she runs. And if she wins the nomination, she'll win the White House.

The media and the miserable liberals hate her. WHY?...
Because they know she is us....
And that, my friend, nails it to a T.
