In the event that no candidate receives more than 50% + 1 of the vote there is a run-off election in April between the two top candidates..

Teams of lawyers tried and got noware. I think to this day they are still stealy tax dollars from the suberbs to pay for their coruption.
Suberbs were supporting themselves for over a 100 years when they changed the law that all taxes be paid to the City of Chicago. I no longer live there but I’m sure the stealing of hard working American tax dollars still goes on.
