Rahm Doesn't Live Here Anymore

One wonders why the penny wise and pound foolish Rahm did not simply maintain a pied-a-terre inside of the city for the past year and half? He could have easily afforded to do so. Emanuel has had a history of sticking his foot in it when it comes to housing matters. While in Congress, the thrifty Emanuel lived in a basement apartment in the home of Connecticut Democratic representative Rosa DeLauro. The problem was it was an illegal basement apartment in a single family home that violated District of Columbia zoning laws. When the story was publicized, Emanuel was ridiculed as a “cheapskate” in the media.

“He’s a sharp guy that wouldn’t have left D. C. to throw his hat into the mayoral ring so confidently if he and the best lawyers in the land hadn’t checked things out way beforehand.”

He is cunning and sly, but not overly bright. Otherwise, he would not have rented out his house and failed to establish another residence to maintain his eligibility to run for office. Remember, during his conversations with Rod Blagojevich regarding the vacant Obama seat in the US Senate (now to be occupied by a liberal Republican) Emanuel also suggested that Blagojevich could appoint an “interim” Congressman to warm Emanuel’s seat in the US House of Representatives until he was ready to return to the chamber (in a bid to fulfill his ambition to become the Speaker of the House). That proposal blew up in Rahm’s face because the Illinois governor does not have the power to make appointments to fill Congressional vacancies — there have to be special elections. When the special election was held, Rahm’s preferred candidate lost the nomination. Now, someone else has the seat.

Rahm is going to lawyer up to the maximum, but the judges are going to have to turn somersaults to render the ruling that he desires. Decades of existing case precedents will have to be tossed or distinguished for Emanuel to prevail.

If he is so intelligent, how did he get himself into the middle of this fiasco?

Just remember where Jesse Jackson came from along with others. Jackson was created in Chicago. Mayor Daily was created in Chicago and could not lose an election.
When Chicago was broke because of the polical whores ripping the city off for the sake of their own greed as well as blackmail money constantly being paid out to people like Jackson, he wore imported Italian silk suits, he would go from overhauls to silk suits right in his lemo, in fromt of the Major downdown hotels were the politician, criminals, mafia would hold their meetings. that backmail money also got Jackson his own private plane, some say better than airforce #1. Majore Daily and Judge Austin years ago declared it against the law for suberbs to support themselves. They ripped of Chicago and Chicago now broke they had to get the money from somewhere and so the ripped of the tax dollars from the suberbs and nobody could stop it. Teams of lawyers tried and got noware. I think to this day they are still stealy tax dollars from the suberbs to pay for their coruption.
Suberbs were supporting themselves for over a 100 years when they changed the law that all taxes be paid to the City of Chicago. I no longer live there but I’m sure the stealing of hard working American tax dollars still goes on.
Emanual part of the obozo team to bankrupted the country and bring it to it’s knees, and Act of TREASON. What person in their right mind would vote for anyone that was connacted to that bozo. People in Chicago don’t have to vote, if they want one of the top criminals in the county, Emanual then he will be Mayor. Nevada, New York and California are not much differant, they don’t have to vote. the people in the cemetary do the voting and they all vote for the DemoRATS.
The people in Nevada need to compare votes that were cast to the person that did the voteing. You would find Reid never won any thing. For the longest time Foxnews wasn’t allowed in Navada. they have it now, they only let one cable company in and they had to only allow what the communist left in Nevada would allow.
Rick Lazio the only man with enough nerve, guts what ever you want to call it, that stood up to Hitlary and exposed her for her Terrorist ties. Lazio didn’t win the Senate seat when he ran againt the Tresonist Hitlary, the terrorists funded her campaign and the only thing Lazio got was Death Threats for him and his family. Rick Lazio again ran for Governor and never had a chance. Goumo played a big part in the Clinton corruption, also part of the housing corruption. We have a pimp for a governor and now another criminal will replace him, we have a Dictater for a Mayor and can’t get rid of him. Bloomberg another criminal, a Chavaz want a be don’t have to follow the ruies and now were stuck with the low life the left wants to run this state.
By the way why isn’t every American call for Charlie Rangel to be put in PRISON were he belongs. if the Ethic commitee refuses to remove him and place him under arest that the Ethic commitee needs to be fires and Serve Rangels time in Prison, they are covering up a crime and refusing to allow justice to be served, covering for a crime they are as quilty as the person committing the crimes.
Call, write post and get Rangle put behind bars, the corruption in our government will never stop until Rangle,Dodd and Barney Frank are placed behind bars, then we can go after the rest of them. How long will Barney Frnak the Child molester continue to remain in office He was fould quilty of running a house of Child Prostitution for young boys and yet he remains in office. Did The People in Massatusetts really for this scum or do they also have a daily machine running their elections? The child molester Frank is voted in again? are their Any Parents of little boys in the State were Frank lives and if so why would they want this scum in office? Why do they want him in their state? Why would the people allow Barney Frank to even wonder free in that state? All those priests that went to jail but jet Frank who has molested hundreds or thousands of little boys and he walks free. It’s a start, call for Rangle to be removed from office prosicuted or remove and prosicute the Ethics commitee.If we can get this scum off the streets perhaps we can follow suit and get the rest of them removed and prosecuted.

Remember the ballots in Nevada, they were already marked, do you honestly think any thing is different in Chicago.
Reid uses the homeless and illegals, the register the voters and those registered voters are automatic votes. they get paid well to do this. and then told to get out of town.
If the politicians could change the laws in Illinois to rip off the suberbs for the tax dollars because they ripped off the city of Chicago and they were on the verge of bankruptcy till Mayor Daily and Judge Austin declared it against the law for the suburbs to support themselves it was the only want they could cover up their crimes and save Chicago from bankruptcy.
Emanual couldn't succeed in bringing this country to it's knees so he will do his job from a far for the obozo to help bankrupt this country. I think if obozo can bankrupt Illinois,California, Nevada and New York the rest of the country will fall as well.
Clinton closed down the coal mine in Utah they poison the waters in Nevada with government chemicals they are calling flouride. they can stop the water flow to California and they already proved that, so now we have Alaska, another communist left that runs on the Republican ticket, they know the only way to get the votes would be on the Republican ticket, and it doesn't matter who they wrote in or how they spelled her name she will win out. Miller is fighting the Daily machine. Miller can't win, they don't want to drill for oil, they don't want the natural resources from Alaska, obozo and the communist left can't bring down this country if were are going to be able to rely on natural resources.

He will turn this "fiasco" into lemonade. If there's no chaos or fiascos, slippery operatives like Emanuel will create one. At any rate, there's no doubt he's getting reams of publicity out of the residency snag.

But to cut to the real chase, my take on the whole thing is this....Obama looks forward to his presidential bid in two years. He wants the Chicago machine, meaning the efficient ward organization and the lucrative business/big money donor list, to be under the control of the new mayor, whoever it will be.

So he orders Rahm to exit D.C. and run for mayor. If Rahm wins, so does Obama. If one of the more powerful blacks wins, so does Obama.

Win, win situation for the Big Enchilada in the White House.

Should things go south for Rahm, he'll land on his feet....his type always does. No one will ever have to hold a tag day for Rahm Emanuel.
