TSA responds to complaints about kids being patted down at airports
WBTV News ^ | 11-18-10 | Brigida Mack

Posted on 11/18/2010 6:20:11 AM PST by FS11

WBTV found the anonymous submission on a blog, "We Won't Fly." The man says the incident happened earlier this month and he describes how his little boy was traumatized saying the TSA agent groped his groin and that the little boy left the checkpoint in tears.

The commenter says his son was aggressively patted down by a TSA employee.

"He was pleading for me to help him and I was admonished for trying to comfort him," the comment on the blog states. "His genitals area was groped. He walked down to the plane in tears."

Video conferencing... there are always ways around this... flying will become what it once was... rare and expensive. It cannot survive in its present form... not in this world in which we live.

When you Opt Out just ask the following

Show me your probable cause
Touch me and I will have you arrested for assault
Last time I checked it was against the law to grope an American citizen against their will
When it is likely that an white female Okie will blow up a plane then you can search me
Can I have the your name and badge number as well as the name and number of the head of security at this facility so I will know who to name in the lawsuit?

Not everyone flies on the same day. Better to cause a fuss today and forward. Why not? What's a particular day needed for?

TSA or not, some adult makes my kids cry and they're going to the hospital.

Exactly. As a parent, there is no way I would stand by while someone is touching my kid. I don't have to get on a plane that badly.

Yes. It is a sorry state of affairs in the U.S.A. when law-abiding citizens must submit themselves--and their children--to molestation by law--and have no recourse.

In studying ancient Rome, I wondered why Roman Senators would acquiesce to Caligula's order that their wives and daughters work as prostitutes in the Roman Senate--and why the wives and daughters would submit to it.

We recoiled in horror and disgust as we learned of Roman decadence. We knew intellectually that it could happen anywhere, but we never really imagined that it could happen in the United States and within the lifetimes of ourselves and our children.

Now that we know what decadence is--now that decadence has come to America--we still recoil in horror and disgust, but we understand it and how it can happen even to us.

The Left IS decadence. Those who promote the Left, Leftist power, and Leftist causes promote the decadence that has infected America and will destroy America.

Once I was open-minded, if condescending, when dealing with Leftists, some of whom are relatives and old friends, assuming that most of them were merely misguided. Now I view them with contempt. Whenever someone tells me or reminds me that he/she is a Leftist, I think immediately: "You are either stupid or malicious."

If the American people do not DEMAND an end to this decadence--and DEMAND a honest, responsive, and non-corrupt government--and DEMAND that the U.S.A. enter a new era of ascendancy--the horrors that will befall them will be worse than they can imagine, even today.

“Though it is easy for us to perceive the wild instability of the Roman Imperium in its final days, it was not easy for the Romans.”
Thomas Cahill

Lots of folks have no choice but flying. I know of several who have to because of job requirements.

if i did that to a child i did not know, it would be child molesting and i would be arrested. how is child molesting keeping us safe from terrorists? if our troops did this to adult taliban on the battlefield, there would be congressional hearings to declare it a war crime, why are war criminals being allowed to molest children at airports?

I expect the TSA to be flooded with applications from potential sex offenders and child molesters.

“I was just doing my job.” will be the perfect cover for a pervert wanting to feel up helpless victims.

“I would tell the TSA agent that we have decided not to fly at all, leave, and then decide what to do.”

Be careful. Remember, in the John Tyner case even though he had answered general questions asked by the TSA agent, the pat down had only been described and not yet begun when he warned the agent about the “junk” touching. According to a quote by the TSA director in San Diego who was commenting on the Tyner case,

“In fact, Tyner could face a civil penalty as high as $11,000, according to Michael Aguilar, the TSA’s federal security director in San Diego, who defended the behavior of his officers during the confrontation.

“”He’s violated federal law and federal regulations, which states once you enter and start the process you have to complete it,” he said.”

I soundly criticized Bush for leaving Mineta in his office, too.
