ORLANDO, Fla. -- Former Gov. Jeb Bush isn't ruling out a run for the White House in 2012.
Bush said he would never say never about a run for the presidency.
"I answer the questions forthrightly about 2012. I'm going to be involved. I have an education reform foundation, trying to improve the plight of our education systems around the country and I'm helping candidates that I believe in," Bush said. "I'm Switzerland as it relates to national Republican politics, which gives me a chance to have my voice heard quietly the way I like it."
While Bush said he is keeping his options open, he also stated he would not run to be chairman of the Republican National Convention.

This isn’t even a serious suggestion.
He’s even worse the George on illegal aliens, for starters.
Stay out of the Bushes...
>> Nothing wrong with Jeb. He did a wonderful job as Governor — everyone loved him. We are gonna lose 2012. I see it coming right here, right now, on this website..........<<
Daddy Bush is on the board of the Council of Foreign Relations with Soros. And organization that is working for a One World Government and you want another of his sons in charge? You cant be serious.
You’re really equating Jeb Bush with Bill Clinton. You’ve lost your mind.
I have had enough of the “royal families”.
No more Bushes.
No more Kennedys
No more Cuomos
No more Clintons
Etc.
It is bad enough we have career politicians. Do we really need political dynasties too?
He wants to pull a Meg Whitman on republicans.
He could make the democrats vewy vewy happy.
If a serious terror attack happens sentiment will change regarding Jeb.
The military and intelligence establishments trust the Bushes more than any other political leader out there. And the public trusts them, too, with our security.
Put down the tin hat. Step away from the Coast to Coast AM program.
You have got to be kidding me.
Please don’t jeb. Our quota of Bush presidencies is already full.
I’m sorry but you have to be living in a cave if you think that we will win with another Bush on the ticket.
“Youre really equating Jeb Bush with Bill Clinton. Youve lost your mind”
I was addressing your form of argument - it works for anyone, including Clinton. I thought I wouldn’t need to point that out, but I was wrong.
“We are gonna lose 2012. I see it coming right here, right now, on this website.......... “
Why? Is it because we refuse to support whatever Rino the republicans put on the ticket?
This is a conservative site. Not a republican site. We are not cheerleaders for the GOP.
If the repubs want to win in 2012 all they have to do is take a right turn and put a conservative on the ticket.
He should. He has NO chance!!
“If the repubs want to win in 2012 all they have to do is take a right turn and put a conservative on the ticket.”
with a last name that isn’t Bush
There’s nothing wrong with Jeb. He did a great job as Governor. I don’t think his time is 2012, but Jeb could run in the future.
I like him, he’s a good guy, and I believe really cares about our country.
>>Put down the tin hat. Step away from the Coast to Coast AM program.<<
Are you so out of touch that you havent heard the Soros speeches on One World Government? Do you know nothing of the CFR? Tin hat? Good lord man, learn whats going on.
I like that the Mitt warnings have returned. May I suggest you use this space as a Rotating-RINO-Warning until 2012. We can rotate in the Huckster, Pawlenty and any other RINO pretenders looking for the Republican nomination. Oh, and yes Jeb needs to go far, far away too. They’re all chips off the big RINO George Herbert Walker Bush, who single handedly gave up the Reagan legacy.
No more RINO’s ever, McCain was the final straw for me. Put a RINO up in 2012 and I’ll write in Ronald Reagan. Tea Party or bust.
