It's actually Asian money driving some bay area growth, keeping the peninsula population up and the RE prices up.

Alot of tech money on the southern end.

Relatively speaking this is a bright spot in CA.

I don’t appreciate being called stupid. There are quite a few good conservatives in this area that have jobs, homes and family here.
