I’m afraid so. We live in what used to be conservative New Hampshire, now overrun with communists and meddling busybodies from Massachusetts, Connecticut, New York, and Rhode Island.

Our schools are as Politically Correct as Lexington, MA, but without the academic performance thereof. Worst of both worlds.

You must live in a conservative part of the world where the schools are still at least somewhat responsive to the community.

Our schools are dead to us. They do what they want, and that’s to promote the humanist worldview.

For all intents and purposes, our schools have become the Bus Ministry of the State Church of Humanism.

I'm sorry to hear of the state of your schools. Were I in your shoes, I'd likely be homeschooling or private schooling as well.

We're in southeastern PA, about 45 minutes from Philly, in a relatively conservative area with a predominantly conservative school board. The student body is 84% white, 8% black, 8% other. GOP candidates just swept every office available for our township, county, and state legislatures.

We do get our share of Philly refugee students, however, as well as consistent number of empty-headed teachers. It's usually just a matter of bringing issues to the school administration as they arise, and having them bring the teachers or students in line. I've had to do so about 10 times since my kids started, but have gotten acceptable results every time. (Our oldest is now a freshman in HS)

What's the path forward for schools such as yours? They can't be permitted to churn out marxists unopposed. Parents genuinely concerned for their children have abandoned the school, I'm guessing. What now?
