So let me get this straight: vote counters are IGNORING state law that says write-in candidates' names must be spelled correctly to count?

Do we even still live in America, where the rule of law is supreme?

Afraid not. Laws are changed on a dime for benefit of those who have no qualms about breaking it. :(
