You know, I’m just not convicned that other Moms will view cutting off fish heads and gutting them on a table as the same as baking cookies. Palin has some issues to deal with. You don’t have to ACT like a man to be taken seriously, Sarah.
Sarah is not “acting like a man”. This is who she is. Personally, I have just a little love for the outdoors and nature. Can not imagine myself climbing a large hill, must less a mountain, unless I am in a car. But I can readily appreciate those with the guts to work with and tame nature for legitimate use by man. These people have as much claim indeed maybe more claim in what has made America.

That’s who Sarah is and always has been....She always hunts and is a good marksman, she fishes with her husband with their fishing business, if you read her book she always is determine to push her limits physically whether its running or just being active in general....this is what they do up there in Alaska!

It is an Alaska thing. (similar to a Texas thing) I know lots of nice looking farm women here who can do a lot more than clean fish. I know some I would not be afraid to carry a weapon in battle next to them.

Now your real issue. Should she run for President? I am not sure she will want to run when the time comes, it might be a big step down to do that. She is having a huge positive affect on Republican fortunes, in spite of some really crappy attacks by various "staffers" (midgets). If she does, I could vote for her.

There are Moms out there in America who take their daughters fishing, and teach them how to clean and cook fish. It's responsibility and appreciation of the outdoors and good stewardship, as well as self-sufficiency and resourcefulness. I see it as an extension, if you will, of baking cookies.
For every Mom who has learned how to fish and has taught her children also, you will hear a cheer when they see Sarah Palin gutting that fish.
We are just sooooo used to seeing men acting like women (Obama, Karl Rove) and metrosexual men, that we forget that in America we have a history of pioneering women who were tougher than bouncers at a motorcycle gang convention.

IF Sarah runs for office, she’s up against the democrats who view her a real threat—their reasoning? Maybe they’re aware she’s experienced and intelligent.
It’s sad to think those on “our” side are neanderthals in their appreciation of leadership capabilities because of their gender biases-—something the dems will use to THEIR advantage in demonizing republicans.
When the democrats vote for Hillery (because she’s sooooo brilliant and has experience), our neanderthals will see to it that WE end up with a girly-man.....just because he has the correct genitalia. (and we’re supposed to have the smarts.)
