What set of restrictiveness rules? You mean like excluding mentally ill sexual miscreant sociopaths from acquiring military power? Historical evidence indicates THAT might be a reasonably good idea

"Freedom" is a non-issue when it comes to the military. You check your "freedoms" at the door the day your decide to join a voluntary military force -- you no longer wear what you want, say what you want, do what you want, or go where you want -- you voluntarily hand those freedoms over to Uncle Sam in order to serve your country.

The military mission -- to best protect the country -- is and should be the only criteria for any military policy. Nothing else should matter.

If I recall correctly, there is a study on DADT & the potential effects of repealing it, due out next month. Whatever my personal opinions, one direction or another based on my morality, are irrelevant. To me, it should all come down to objectively assess how to best accomplish the mission of best protecting the country. The military is one of the worst possible places to turn into a petrie dish -- or grandstand.

>>If I recall correctly, there is a study

And you can put that study where the sun don’t shine for all it’s worth. There’s no guarantee the moral/deviant standing of the “studiers” will be any less skewed than that of those who produced the global warming facade.

Desensitization of the population is a stated goal of the Marxist demoralizers seeking to destroy this country.

The historical evidence is clear that socio-biological fitness DECLINES for EVERY society that normalizes the abomination of nature - As evidence by the popular sexual miscreants in charge of Nazi Germany.

So NO SALE.
