I was told tonight, that the US military watches every cubic inch of our territorial waters, 24/7/365, and that they can image something as small as a sardine with ease. If that is true, how do those homemade drug and gun running submersibles get through. I am betting they aren't all getting caught,

Perhaps those agencies of our military who do this monitoring just aren't tasked with intercepting smugglers, boat people, and drug runners. I could see how those things wouldn't be considered national security risks.

I am betting they aren't all getting caught,For that matter, on any given night there are so many illegals streaming across the Mexican border, they could be tethered with ropes and used to drag a submarine across the desert and into downtown LA completely undetected.
