"Article the sixth . . . The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized."
Works for me.
The Second Amendment IS in the Constitution, and I agree that the Right to Keep and Bear Arms IS protected. However, you specifically referenced “privacy” which IS NOT mentioned in the Constitution. Perhaps you were referring to a “penumbra” or “emanation?”
Uh huh, and I still don’t see the word “privacy”. Perhaps it is hiding in a penumbra or emanation? I also note the word “unreasonable” is pretty key in the 4th Amendment.
There is one in the California Constitution, put there for the purpose of facilitating abortion.
If I read the article correctly, it was quoting a police property receipt. That would be how the police department described the weapons.
He must sign over all his vehicles, his properties, assets, businesses and ensure his pets have their current shots.

If you look really close, it's right there next to the Separation of Church and State in the First Amendment. Just ask Senator Coons from Delaware, he'll show it to you.
Silly me- I thought that it was because it was adopted by the US Armed Forces in 1985 as the main sidearm, replacing the .45 1911A1.
Better to get your ammo before worse comes to worse
It is still good to have a standard military caliber anyways.
Actually the right to “privacy” would be contained in the 4th Amendment...
“The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.”
I wouldn’t doubt that she is a gold digger. But, then again, Mel is pretty good looking. Unlike some of the old codgers that remarry women 1/3 or less of there age. Are their ego’s so big that they can’t figure it out? That’s no excuse for violence though. Just give her the heave ho and be done with her.
He hasn’t helped himself either. I can tell you one thing, he’s under spiritual attack and is cooperating with satan. It happens to all of us. It’s called temptation. Satan knows all our weaknesses. He is out to kill, steal and destroy us in whatever way he can. Sometimes by using other people. And sometimes throwing out the bait and we bite, then he reels us in for the kill. Mel needs to get on his knees and start praying. Let this woman go, pay her off, whatever get her out of his life, she’s poison. Chalk it up as hard lesson learned, don’t do it again, move on.
ever wonder if xxx got one?
