Your caricature of Palin is not only over stated but inaccurate. Her approach is much more effective than the one your posted photo portrays, doncha think?
I mean she has a TV special, and I doubt that in any interview that she will come even close to having a sword in her hand. Her crusade is conducted on facebook, not on a battle field. The press awaits her every pronouncement
with baited breath. Why? After all she does little daily grandstanding.
It is the left and country club elitist Republicans who deign not to follow the will of the people on issues of the day. The people know she will genuinely represent them, a rather outlandish concept in the world of progressive Republicans and big government leftists.
That is the simple fact of the matter.
And it is what genuinely drives opposition to her. Few know her record of accomplishment, which she could not have done without true bipartisanship on behalf of the people themselves. It is there where Governor Palin's strength lies, and her opponents are sorely vexed that they cannot destroy that trust and her record.
Even overstated photo-shopped creations make no dent in that steeled trust. They only make her stronger and define her trust in the people themselves. So it always has been with great Americans, who when needed, appear to enter the personal scourge of politics. Our nation has always produced them, and Governor Palin is no exception to that fact. She is that fact.
Another is Lt.Col. Allen West. The forces that will defeat the left and progressive Republicans are now gathering, and they are like prey, skitterish and nervous. They smell their own end on the wind.
That is great joy and promise for the people, who for the last 20 years, have had hardy any genuine representation in the halls of our government.
The caricature is not mine, so I will not take credit for it. I do, however, find images helpful in making a point or promoting a cause.
The "Culture Warrior Princess" poster is the work of an online graphics artist who goes by the handle iMaksim. More of his work can be found at http://imaksim.com/. Alot of iMaksim's work can be seen at http://thepeoplescube.com/. Enjoy.
You asked me; "where are you in the culture wars?"
That's easy, I'm a traditional family values Christian who supports limited government, states rights, and the wisdom of the Founding Fathers.
