Putin had one killed in London..I have no doubt he will do the same with this one given the chance. What does he have to fear?

I read that in the article after I posted.
Now that we have a S0r0$ socialist as POTUS, it seems like the Soviets have won. What would be the point of defecting to another progressive society?

Why go public with this?
This guy needs to be a fish farmer in Wyoming.
Did they sneak his family out?
Home schooling.

It’s not good if our best Russian spy is forced to defect. It means he can’t help us any more.

He probably didn’t trust the Obama administration to keep his identity a secret. Can you blame him?

Its not good if our best Russian spy is forced to defect. It means he cant help us any more. If I read the article correctly, this was Russia's top spy in the U.S. He was helping *them*, not us (until very recently).

Interesting Reuters chose the word “betrayed.” While it’s true, not a word a pro-US news agency would use.

But I thought Sec. of Hate, Hillary Clinton went to Russia and pressed the “reset” button. And Obama is negotiating peace agreements with the Russians when we aren’t even at war.
