A man who claims to have pipe bombs is threatening to jump off the Bay Bridge.

A female got out of the car and said there are five bombs in the vehicle.

All westbound traffic is being stopped at the toll plaza.

If the guy really does have bombs this doesn’t make sense.

They're pipe bombs. There's no danger to the bridge, but there would be some danger to traffic passing nearby.
