As the nation swept the Democrats to the curb on November 2, the sheer relief of having been rescued from consignment to a collectivist dustbin was a blast of pure oxygen. Obama was not only crushed; he was disowned.

While the absolute gains in Congress and State Houses all across the country were stunning enough, it was the speed of the about-face that was astonishing and epic.

Just two years ago, Obama was hailed as a 21st-century Lincoln, the figurative progeny of FDR and JFK combined. The finest dramatic speech-maker since Sir John Gielgud dominated the Shakespearean stage.

The most gifted political orator since Winston Churchill and Martin Luther King. The long-awaited enlightened emperor who would soothingly heal rifts abroad, seamlessly ushering in a new era of social justice while effortlessly repairing a broken economy at home.

The Speaker would become president only if both President and Vice-President would be out of office at the same time.

Otherwise, supposed Obama resigned. Then Biden becomes president and chooses a new vice-president, who has to be confirmed by Congress. Or if Biden resigned and Obama is still pres, then Obama nominates a new Veep.

It would have to be very unusual circumstances for both pres. and VP to be vacant, allowing a Speaker of the House to become president. But, if that happened, then the new president nominates a new vice-president.

I am usually NOT in favor of new laws, BUT . . .

A federal statute requiring public production and proof of ALL evidence demonstrating eligibility for federal office must be passed. Whether zero is or is not an American citizen, clearly all one has to do now is get someone like Nancy Pelosi to wave the favored candidate through. This must be passed in 2011, with application to have immediate effect.

If it is vetoed . . . KEEP SENDING IT UP!

M/M Ohaha clearly consider themselves royalty (the mindset of all global socialist leaders). Peel away the surface and you see the Ohaha admin's criminal gang exploiting US citizens for their own benefit (seen in Bell, CA on a smaller scale). The grifters and their cronies are "living large." Novelist Dean Koontz claims $70B was stolen from the Treasury. Probably more, much more.

Ohaha unconstitutionally empowered "czars" even though no law exists that allows for czars. Rep Kingston tried to get the ‘‘Czar Accountability and Reform (CZAR) Act of 2009’’ passed---but it's not good enough. We, The People, through Congress, must make it very clear that czars will not dictate to us. Congress CAN and should cut funding for czar salaries and offices. Congress MUST rid our government of this shadowy den of thieves

Yet Obama is (gag) exceptional in many areas: the first affirmative action President, the first to carry a teleprompter wherever he goes. The first anti-American President, the President who has run up the most national debt, hired the most Czars, and presided over the worst recession and jobless period since WWII. Has caused the biggest mid-term loss for Democrats since the 1930's, etc, etc. His wife has taken more expensive vacations than any other First Lady.

I believe the pivot point occurred whern Moochelle was seen galivanting around posh resorts in Spain as Americans struggled to find jobs and feed their children The hapless Ohaha was done in by the excesses displayed by his wife. Her designer outfits, lounging on beaches, and shopping bags bursting at the seams......as 2 out of 10 Americans wait for the sheriff to serve foreclosure papers.

Shallow, self centered, a disgrace for all to see, Mochelle's too dumb to know she is a laughing stock, a caricature, a very bad joke.

And that lavish trip tp India for the two potentates? Can this man and his wife find other ways to remove themselves from the realities of everyday Americans? Was this post-Midterm trip Obama's last hurrah, a condemned man gorging on his favorite meal? No, it's his elitist contempt for Americans---his way of sticking his finger in our collective eye because he holds us in such contempt.

We need to remind ourselves that we have 3 separate but EQUAL branches of govt. Obama is a disaster, especially abroad, but we should cheer that domestically he's diminished the role of the president .............and by default increased the influence of We, the People.

Apparently it is not. The determination is made in party and sworn to, but the evidence is not proffered. So far, all of the courts have denied standing to complainants.

The requirements are there, the means to compel proof of meeting the requirements are not.
