I am a merchant Mariner. The report is that a fire in one of the six generators on board caused the whole ship to go down. That is ridiculous. But the Passengers are able to use their cellphones. Would not an EMP attack that knocks out a cruise ship knock out cell phones too. Unfortunately the report you site is fully believable considering the Leadership in Washington.
