An attorney-doctor from Kansas whose brother is scheduled for a court-martial says President Obama could, if he chose, resolve the dispute virtually without effort.
Greg Lakin, whose brother is Lt. Col. Terrence Lakin, told talk radio show host Peter Boyles on KHOW radio in Denver that it would be "easy."
"It could have been an easy fix. Obama could have stepped up and done the honorable thing and made this all go away," Greg Lakin said in the interview this week. "Just some type of showing, 'Hey, I was born here … here's some proof.'"
WND reported a new trial date has been announced by the military for Lt. Col. Terrence Lakin, the career Army doctor who decided to refuse an assignment to Afghanistan because of his concern that the orders he was issued in a chain of command headed by Barack Obama were not legal.
According to attorney Neal Puckett, who has represented Lakin since a military judge ordered Lakin could not have access to any information about President Obama's eligibility, the trial is scheduled to begin Dec. 14 and run for three days.
He confirmed to WND that there will be new directions for the defense but could not elaborate.
"All I can really say is the case is going to be handled differently from here on out," he said.
Greg Lakin said he fears the military, which he said never has had to confront the possibility that a president may not be eligible and his orders then may be illegitimate, may take the easy way out and simply lock up his brother.

It is the duty of the officer to not obey unlawful orders. Nazi officers tried to follow your logic. At the end of WWII they claimed they were also following orders.
This officer does not believe the President is Constitutionally eligible, therefore his orders for deployment are unlawful. They swears to uphold and protect the Constitution of the USA, and all lawful orders of officers appointed above him. Since he believe Obama is not lawfully the President his orders are not lawful.

Thankyou very much. I actually resign my commission in May, and was Honorably discharged from Navy. I am quite offended by Non-Sequitur’s attempt deceit when making his argument. When, I write my posts on here, I make every attempt at at least being honest.
NS likes using deceit to win arguments. He says that these are superior officers. Well that argument did not hold up for the NAZI officers at the Nuremburg trial, because we have this concept of lawful orders. An order cannot possibly be lawful if it came from an unlawful President. That is LT COL Lankin entire point.
IF he was born outside the US and IF Sr. was his papa. He can say all day his papa was Sr. but that's not legal proof of anything until the BC is released.
The original order to deploy to Afghanistan is not lawful since Obama hold the office illegally. Obama legitimacy and authority comes from the US Constitution which Obama lacks. The chain-of-command repeats that same order down the ranks. Lakin has sworn to protect the Constitution and not an occupier of presidential office.

No, they won't. They can't because they encouraged/sanctioned/allowed it to happen. They could have stepped in at any time during the campaign and at any time the last two years, but they didn't. They didn't because they are just as guilty if not more so. Heck, McRino was even pimping for Hussein during the campaign. Ok, so not just Barry but even little Scott might have a look a like in Indonesia who just happened to have popped up in several other pictures with his friend Barry. Ok, so Hussein and the family might be mistaken as to when Barry was in Indonesia. Ok, so brother Mark might have put up little Barry's photo in rememberance of his brother David by mistake. Ok, so Sr. might not have remembered he had another wife and then forgot about his "daddy maybe" son born to that American chick he supposedly married. Ok, so the newlyweds forgot to live together even for appearance purposes. Ok, so the newspaper might have mixed up the happy couple's address with someone else's and might have accidently switched another child's announcement for his. Ok, so granny Sarah forgot which baby she witnessed being born. Ok, so maybe the moon is made of green cheese.
