Obama is a racist or so says Charlie Rangle.. “It’s not ‘spic’ and ‘nigger’ anymore,” Rangel told an audience in Manhattan. “They say, ‘Let’s cut taxes.’”

Oops he can say that?

The Republicans will push for permanent tax cuts on the ones set to expire! Or they will leave them in place! I’m just glad the WH is signaling compromise!

It’s actually a smart move that Bill Krinton and other Demonrats have used. After getting your butt handed to you in a midterm election, move to the center, sign legislation, and take credit for it. The media will all the heavy-lifting. It works brilliantly and is what got Krinton re-elected.

Bill Clinton did this and Now goes around claiming I balance the budget and created a surplus! Most of it was bogus with a lot of stuff off budget! Fuzzy book keeping!

Why don’t they on your Tax form claim Republican or Democrat and the Democrat gets to pay his taxes at 39% and Republican pays at 10%?

I’ll bet there are covert stips to Obama extending the tax cuts, like DNT my Obamacare. As usual, we will never know.

if he falls for this then I think he will cave on Health Care when you back him into a corner! This man can not take criticizem! He has no history for standing up for anything! He dodges votes to avoid taking a stand and he votes present! Without all his cover he had in Congress he will cave!

I too am interested in what takes place early next year with regard to Obambicare.

As for the tax cut extension, I always thought the Left would back down there.

Maybe, but his puppet-meisters will support him, I believe. This is to show a “hey, I compromised, I was big about it, now the republicans have to compromise with me”.

Time will tell..

I know what you mean. It’s fun to read it for a while, maybe jump in and taunt them a little until they began to foam at the mouth.. but I can only take it for so long until I begin to feel queasy. They truly are deranged.

If this is true why is the market still falling at 1:30 pm? I thought this would be good news, unless it has to come directly from the main zero?

If the RINO hierarchy fails to defund Obamacare, all hell will break loose in our party.

All I’m saying is it’s a misnomer to label it anything but a tax cut. When the Congress passed it a decade ago, they put sunset provisions in. Saying that this isn’t a tax cut but rather tax rate maintenance is fuzzy math. It’s basically no different from the temporary tax increases Democrats passed in some states. When the tax rate increase expired and revenue decreased, Democrats called it a spending cut. It was scheduled.

The obvious other thing that needs to be said is pairing tax cuts with spending increases is incredibly asinine yet so perfectly typical of Washington. Most people who think about the issue realize that a significant spending cut (I’m talking 25-30%) and a small tax increase is a better option most of the time than massively increasing spending and decreasing taxes. But that’s not politically feasible, so we will continue to add to our deficit under Obama, just like we have under pretty much every administration since World War II. Americans have to balance their checkbooks — the federal government should have to as well.

It is not signed yet and we still have somethings that are still in the works! Like Health Care bill and tighter regulations!
