One World Economy means that if a Chinese guy will work for $5 a day, no benefits, and is willing to have a life expectancy of 45, then that's the best that anyone can hope for, living in Cleveland, Atlanta, Boston, or San Francisco.
IMO, a sovereign economy seems preferable.
