Are we ever going to arrive at the day when we’re just “Americans’’? I for one and fed the f up with ‘’Latino this’’ and “Latino that’’. I don’t care if they are republicans. This is America, we’re a sovereign nation not boardinghouse. My people left a Northern Irish ghetto generations ago and I damned glad they caught the boat. Ultimatly Ireland means nothing to me. I don’t nor have I ever considered myself to be an “Irish-American’’. I’m not. I’m an American. I wish Latinos would get that idea through their heads and stop trying to Balkanize our country.

What, besides a few matters of cuisine, are the differences between Americans of Latin descent and Americans of other ethnicities ?!

Now if we're talkin' ILLEGAL f'n aliens who come here as parasites and grab everything they can take - or their enablers - yes, I can see differences. But I think Americans, of ALL ethnicities, would be allied against the ILLEGALS and their enablers.

When the parasites and their enablers conflate themselves with Americans under the banner "Latino" I get very tired of it.
