If Soros thinks ruling by Executive Order is okay, then I say let Obama rule that he deserves to be executed. No need for due process or that sticky wicket bipartisan approach to things. There is a poplular misunderstanding of Executive Orders. The President can’t make new law by Executive Order. He can only excercise his existing lawful authority.
