The demonstrated democrat/liberal cure for this disparity is to lower the abilities of everyone else, so those who are below the standard are then equal to the newly arrived at standard.

Don’t know what the solution is, but one thing is for sure. Teacher's Union going to ask for a lot more money. Actually, a big part of the solution is to fire everyone who belongs to a Teachers' Union.
