TWA Flt. 800 comes to mind here. Many witnesses stated they ...Funny, none of the PILOTS in the air lanes that night behind TWA800 made those kinds of statements ...
I guess military pilots don’t count then, huh?
“A news article written by the Associated Press quoted a military-trained helicopter pilot named Frederick C Meyer, who was flying an Air National Guard H-60 Black Hawk helicopter on a training mission, was among the first of many eyewitnesses to report having seen a “light Streak” arcing in the sky before the jet exploded.”
At least one pilot did ... his flight was inbound to either JFK or Laguardia out of Boston. He was over eastern LI just a few miles from TWA Flt. 800 ... he reported seeing a missile plume arching up towards the aircraft. This pilot was also a reserve Air Nat'l Guard pilot.
