I think we have some Judges that need to be disbarred, and have their license to be stripped from them. This is perhaps the most basic tenent of the US Constitution’s First Ammendment.

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

All the Oklahoma law sought to do was to ensure that Sharia law was not enacted as a religous law, either superceding or replacing the existing rule of law.

We already have cities under Sharia. So, now they want to go after ENTIRE STATES? Well, at least we seem to have flushed out the REAL liberal agenda!

One of the things all those Republican-controlled State legislators and the GOP-controlled US House need to do is to start impeaching Judges.

Federal Judges can be impeached by a majority of the US House and then let the Democrats defend them and not convict them.

Let's see, the Arizona judge, who shot down their immigration law, which was identical to the Federal law, California judges, who overturned Prop 8, that Detroit Judge, who ruled ObamaCare mandate to buy health insurance was constitutional. There are loads of judges, start impeaching and let the Dem's defend these black-robed tyrants.
