let me get this right.
A judge is supposed to go by the constitution.
Now how can a judge put this order in.
The constitution is the law not sharia.
Is this judge able to be replaced by the voters like here in FL.
Federal judges are appointed for life. Impeachment is nearly impossible and has only been successful in a small number of cases.
This will most likely be argued under the Freedom of Religion granted by the 1st Amendment.
