Don’t worry - they will be. Every bill that gets out of the House will get a NO vote or a veto. Ever bill that comes across from the Senate will get a NO vote in the House. NO to all appointments. NO to the debt ceiling increase. NO to you-name-it.

The only thing they’ll say YES to will be plenty of investigations and hearings - as many as can tie the Administration up in knots for two years.

If they absolutely stick to their intention not to let anything get done over the next two years, the American people might reward them with the Senate as well as the White House in 2012. They’ll have no option if they want government to ever do anything ever again.

May the REPUBs should agree to talk about START only after Obamacare has been completely repealed.

would lower each country's maximum number of long-range active nuclear warheads

would lower The US's maximum number of long-range active nuclear warheads and Russia will have as many as it chooses to have and can afford to build. Perhaps we will then sell Russia the ones we decide to cut.

No, HELL NO. It would be completely irresponsible to ratify a treaty under lame duck conditions now that the country has “updated the mandate” as it were.

The ink wasn't dry on the last treaty when Russia began cheating.
This has been exposed and the intel shows they cheated right up to the time of the report.

No.
No.
Never.
Kill this attack on America's security.

I can’t believe Lugar hasn’t already signed off on this.

But then again, he’s up for re-election in 2012 and he just got a big cup of tea splashed in his face.

No way in hell. If Republicans agree, then I am done with them. This is very serious. This was just more Obama trying to disarm our nation. Our Nukes have worked great for us. It better not be approved.

That sounds like what I recall hearing about "New START."

Gives the lie to Zippy’s “morning after” speech and presser, too, doesn’t it?

"I can't believe Lugar hasn't already signed off on this"

He has. The treaty has already cleared the Senate Foreign Relations Committee. Lugar is minority chair.

When it was passed out of Committee Lugar and Kerry(majority chair) had a ceremony and photo op. They had Henry Kissinger present to bless it.

The Republican Foreign Policy Realists are supporting: Kissinger, Scowcroft, George Schultz, James Baker, Bob Gates, Colin Powell, Condi Rice, etc.

Jon Kyl needs to remember he’s up for re-election in 2012 and most of us remember his part as one of the wizards of the universe who pushed Amnesty.

In fact, though McCain was, along with Ted Kennedy one of the architects of Amnesty, McCain hid behind Kyl—which is part of the reason so many dufusses in AZ still don’t know McCain’s real role in that travesty. But Kyl, like Lindsey Graham, is very exposed...

Kyl voted NO on S.2611 in 2006, the bill you mentioned that McCain was pushing.

Here is more of Kyl’s record on illegals and the border: http://politicalcorrection.org/mobile/factcheck/201006080004

The Dems don’t need the pubbies on this one. They can do whatever they want... Crying about bipartisanship is only building a base for sharing the blame when it goes whacko, later.
Kyl ought to tell them to pound sand.
