IF Rubio’s parents were here as ex-patriots of Cuba, hoping to return to their country, and they did not seek citizenship, then Rubio is not what one would consider a “natural born” citizen according to the definition of that expression that is used by some, and perhaps may be correct.

I’m sure that his birth certificate doesn’t have an asterisk saying he’s a born citizen, but not a “natural born” citizen. In fact, I’m not aware that any such document exists for anyone. Are you aware of anyone having such a document? That ought to tell you something.
On the contrary, it appears with this vanity post, the campaign VERSUS Rubio has begun. Therefore, the movement FOR Rubio must get in motion also.
