The writer of this article implies that if the GOP does’nt get it, the GOP will be relegated to a minor, third party status.

Please reread, and post again.

Semper Fi!

I've reread the article multiple times, and all of my comments stand. The writer stupidly pretends that half of one branch of the federal government should allow the GOP to make big changes. The writer is either deluded, ignorant, or lying.

You and the writer both seem to be pretending that the small government wing of the GOP has the votes to control the GOP and the country. That situation would be nice, but reality is very different. We mobilized enough primary voters to deny nominations to some moderate to liberal GOP senate candidates, but in many cases, we still couldn't deliver those candidates victories in their states. While the counting will continue for a long time, we may not have been able to keep a senator who "doesn't get it" from winning in Alaska as a write-in candidate. We had some great victories Tuesday, but the "doesn't get it" wing of the Republican party is going to remain in power for a long time.

When you have something intelligent to say, please get back to me. You didn't do so well on this post.
