On that note it may be even less. How much does it cost to fly one of those old hulks versus two interceptors? Money works different in that part of the world so maybe they just want NATO to burn up some cash.
On the other hand who knows what else they have in the works what between cyber attacks, economic attack, and plain old espionage.
Good thing we have a strong president and a good CIA chief. Oh wait...
