Who gets sued if there is a catastrophe of some sort and American civilians get killed? The Kenyan’s guests, press on Air Force One or in his motorcade? The US gets sued is my guess. Do these travelers have to sign any kind of waiver? What if a heart attach happens and the American doctor messes up? Stuff happens.

That’s a good question. There was not one question about it at the press conference yesterday. Bloggers are mad but probably most of the country doesn’t know about it. Drudge is playing it up but he’s more or less alone.
