If I was a woman and a cop in a unmarked car tried to pull me over at night it wouldn’t happen. I’d put on my emergency flashers and continue driving until I got to a business that was open; a gas station, fast food store, restaurant or something with customers who could see what was happening. Then and only then would I come to a stop for questioning.
There is a small Louisiana town between me and I-20 that always has a cop car posted at night. The officer got very angry when my wife drove to a safe location. He probably lost some money when he had to spend time following her. :0)
