People might think it was break or quitting time for the Police if they used their lights. :0)
Rapist have used “police lights” in my area to stop women at night.
If I was a woman and a cop in a unmarked car tried to pull me over at night it wouldn’t happen. I’d put on my emergency flashers and continue driving until I got to a business that was open; a gas station, fast food store, restaurant or something with customers who could see what was happening. Then and only then would I come to a stop for questioning.
