Wish he'd run. But with no name recognition, I'm afaid he'd end up like Duncan Hunter.
Mike and Mitt and we land in the $#*+!!
“In a possible general election showdown, Obama leads Palin 52-44 percent among all registered voters.”
Considering that the election is two years’ off and she’s not even a “declared” candidate, I’d have to say the above numbers look pretty durn good....
The truth of the matter is this, if Sarah Palin runs, she wins the republican nomination. Because the hard working people responsible for getting the big win on Tuesday will be the same ones out there working for her in 2012. There really is nothing CNN, the DNC, RNC, or Mitt can do to stop her. Only she can stop herself by deciding not to run. All of this is just an attempt to discourage her.
They are being silly though. All this dumping on her and her family will probably have the opposite effect than what these libs want. She has already said it will be up to her family and they seem to want her to run. It seems these attacks on her family won’t let up whether she decides to run or not, so she might as well run. She is thinking about her family though and probably won’t run if there is a real conservative is in the race.
So if the RNC really wants to make sure Sarah Palin is not the candidate, it would serve them to make sure a real conservative wins the nomination. But I doubt that would sit very well with certain losing lib RINO candidates, like Mitt.
a year from now....McDonnell...and no, not Christine...
Out of that list right there; if anyone other than Palin is the candidate, I”ll say SCREW THE ELECTION and take a nice day trip that day. Nobody on that list, based on their RECORD, other than Sarah Palin, is worth the powder it would take to blow their gluteous maximus up!
Bobby Jindal!
We are so lucky that Obama doesn’t have any charisma or other real leadership qualities. He’s an effete and arrogant snob. Lazy as well. My point is the Republican field is hopeless except Palin who has been given too much baggage by MSM popular wisdom.
I am looking forward to a lively and spirited primary season where the VOTERS, not CNN, not the media, not the “elites” in DC, will decide who will represent Conservatives in 2012.
If the primary vote were today, it would be Palin in a landslide. But in two years, much can change.
I find it fascinating how so many on FR keep parroting the media talking points about Sarah. The left must be very scared of her to work so hard to defeat a POTENTIAL candidate this early in the game.
CNN is clearly engaging in ‘reverse psychology’- if it possesses any intelligence at all, that is...
I remember in 2007 we had all these hypothetical match up polls that the media told us that McCain would beat both Hillary and Obama.
Then we were told we had to pick McCain in the primaries because he was the only one who could win.
My polling shows that Mondale/Shabazz would be a winning team for the democrats. Much better than obuma/plugs.
Only 32% of registered voters support obuma for 2012, while 107% of blacks support Mondale/Shabazz.
When college students were asked to name their dream-team presidential ticket, 27% favored Shiela “Bug-Eyes” Jackson Lee/Alan Grayson. Another 18% liked John Conyers/David Duke as a good ticket.
Meanwhile, 22% of women in the Upper West Side of New York City liked a Robert Redford/Oprah team, followed by 19% favoring George Clooney/Helen Thomas.
what about Marco Rubio?? at least as VP
I feel like I’m listening to little Karl Rove Juniors in here tonight.
Hey, if you guys can do it better than Palin...get your sorry a$$es up and run! If not, STFU!
