Two thirds vote needed to raise fees and the taxes. The GOP’s clout gone? Not quite. The Rats can pass the budget by a simple majority but fees as well as taxes now need a two thirds vote so in practice the Dems are screwed. They still need GOP votes to increase fees and taxes and won’t be getting them any time soon.
Well between this and the likelyhood of Clooney winning once the mail-in ballots and counted as the only saving is some winners, along with Prop 20 passing and Prop 27 going down in flames...
