RINOs behind defeat of Tea Party candidates (Vanity)

Posted on 11/04/2010 9:18:47 AM PDT by JimWayne

Don't blame the Democrats for the defeat of Christine O'Doneell and Sharon Angle. The RINOs have worked hard and worked WITH the Dims to make sure that the Tea Party candidates would not win.

In Delaware, it was Karl Rove who opposed O'Donnell. In Nevada, it was a state level RINO who supported the Democrat. In Alaska, RINOs have done everything to prevent Joe Miller from winning. You can be sure that Ken Buck must have been done in by RINOs like Karl Rove.

A suggestion to hit back at them - deny RINOs the right to post on FR. If anyone brings up the claim that it is better to support a "winnable" anti-life and pro-spending candidate instead of a Tea Party candidate, how about showing zero tolerance and kicking them out instantly even if they have been around for 10 years. Surely, GOP officials use FR to their benefit. Why not pay back in their own coin? If they don't support us, why should we support them?

Well, thanks for not zotting me outright. We both respect God and country, this isn’t about that. It’s about political strategy.

I only have one request of you and all other FReepers...when considering political actions, if it helps Democrats instead of Republicans, please don’t do it.

The push of the Republicans to the right is a good objective, but it can’t be done in a manner that gives Dems an advantage.

IMHO, the Democrats are our enemy in this war for the country. They do not deserve one bit of help from conservatives, direct or indirect ....even if it means tolerating a RINO to keep a Dem out of office.

That’s it Jim. I won’t bother you or FR anymore about it.

This is a good time for me to check out anyway. I’m not libertarian enough to fit well anymore, and I don’t have the time to devote to freeping that I used to.

I do want to thank you and John, and the mods (especially the admin mods), though, for Free Republic. On balance, it has been a very good invention for conservatives. I hope it remains so. Good luck in the future!

To all the great FReepers I’ve dealt with on the Sunday Morning Thread, Rush, Hannity, Levin; economic threads, Zot threads and so many others, thank you so much! It really has been a pleasure, both entertaining and informative. There are too many of you to name, so please accept this as personal thanks.

To the aholes I’ve dealt with on the immigration threads, the Bush Bashing threads, the Paultard threads, those godawful “McCains a RINO” threads, and so many others....you can KMA (although I enjoyed the fights). Try using a little common sense and quit helping the Democrats.

Goodbye FR, and God bless America!

” From that experience I can tell you that the Pubbies at the HQ in D.C. would rather have a Democrat win a given district than have a pubbie up there who would embarrass them by refusing to follow the party line.

If YOU become involved in campaigns for solidly conservative, America and Constitution loving, hard-nosed, independent thinking candidates in 2010 and 2012 and beyond – and I pray many of you do — please DO NOT trust any of those folks from GOP HQ in Washington. If they want to send you no-strings cash for your campaign, take it. If, however, they “suggest” sending in one of their “professionals,” tell them to fuggetaboutit.

They ARE WHO GOT US INTO THIS MESS AND THEY ARE NOT YOUR FRIEND!!!! “

Worth repeating!

Thanks.

There is SOMETHING in the water up there. E. coli would be too good for most of them.
