Debicella still leads the race with 83% counted; why would he concede? If he wins the race, is his concession automatically retracted?

I heard Tancredo on the radio this morning discussing concession. He says it is not legally binding, merely a gesture. If the vote counts change between now and certification, then the one with the most votes wins, regardless of who conceded.

He must have seen the union goons carrying the boxes of ballots they just found in their trunks into the counting room.

What precincts are outstanding? Does Debicella have a chance?
To: Arec Barrwin
We had a situation like that in the Ohio Governor’s race back in ‘74. The challenger conceded early but then ended up winning by a few thousand votes. He became Governor.

Concessions mean nothing, only the vote count. He’s not going to win, the remaining areas are Democrat strongholds with lots of voters.

That’s odd. Why did he take so long?
Usually the Republican Party concedes before the polls open.

Concession hell!! If he wins, take it back and take the seat. Does anybody think that a democrat would do it any differently??!!

Or he got a call with an offer he couldn’t refuse.

Republicans bend over forwards trying to show how gracious they are;we would be better served if Republicans fought as hard as the Democrats, but just didn’t cheat like the Democrats.

Anyone asking about the military ballots? Were they sent and were they returned and WERE THEY COUNTED in “every” state????
All counts that are this close better have legal eyeballs watching the fraud. No more Al Franken corruption and theft of an election. The GOP better learn real fast that they’re dealing with thugs and goons. Nice guys come in last and get screwed over.
Investigating and prosecuting VOTER FRAUD has got to be a priority for the Tea Party and the GOP.
To: Arec Barrwin
Concession is only a vocal gesture. Certification of the election is what counts.

Or he got a call with an offer he couldnt refuse. My theory is that he agreed to let his name be thrown into the race as a foil for the rat. He was never supposed to win, and now he doesn't know what to do.
To: Arec Barrwin
A concession has no meaning, it is merely a polite, and gracious, thing to do when you know you have lost. Witness Gore’s concession and then retraction in the 2000 election.

You mean the Republican Party that includes DeMint, Rubio, Coburn, Toomey, Inhofe, Kasich, Portman, and Palin? Yeah, they are conceding all over the place.

I think you're confusing the Republican party with conservatives...

Debicella still leads the race with 83% counted; why would he concede? Because it is largely predictable that when the remaining votes are counted, he will fall short. His vote tally was based on GOP-leaning areas. When the RAT areas come in, he's a goner.
