Former US president George W. Bush says in his new memoir he personally gave the go-ahead for CIA officers to waterboard self-confessed 9/11 mastermind Khalid Sheikh Mohammed, according to Thursday's Washington Post.
"Damn right," Bush said when asked by the Central Intelligence Agency whether they should employ the coercive and controversial interrogation technique against the terror suspect, the Post reported, citing an unnamed person who has read the book.

Nice. Too bad Bush didn’t have every single detainee at Club Gitmo executed prior to his departure.

Good...we need to be upfront about it. We need to continue to apply it to these animal terrorists. George Bush took the fight to the enemy. Maybe not exactly or as hard as I would have, but he did so nonetheless, and they feared him and the military he commanded. Hopefully in 2012, we will return to those set of circumstances where we have a President who does the same after we (r)eject Obama.

Liberal definition of torture or forced interrogation is when a terrorist actually gives up information.

“Khalid Sheikh Mohammed sang”
But what about all the pain and suffering they inflicted on this poor soul who is a victim of American anti-muslim imperialism and not responsible for his actions?

Amen. All this fuss made about waterboarding was ridiculous. Those people were not harmed. Our people were saved. When it was over, they still had their arms, eyes, and heads.

Some human rights experts told the Washington Post that Bush's memoir acknowledgement could theoretically expose him to prosecution, as it is seen by legal experts as a crime Bring it on Eric Holder.
I want to see how that works for the Baraqqis.
To: altura
Now, if Bush had ordered to have panties put on his head, well that would have been a whole other kettle of fish.
