Murray-Rossi race: 'no one knows how many ballots are left'
Seattle PI ^

Posted on 11/03/2010 11:39:04 PM PDT by Chet 99

Patty Murray leads Dino Rossi by just over 14,000 out of more than 1.43 million counted so far.

The Republican's campaign says it's optimistic late votes will help Rossi overtake the three-incumbent, but Democrats also like their chances. They point to the big margins Murray is racking up in King County.

So, just how many votes are left to count? That's where things get tricky.

"No one knows how many ballots are left to count, since large volumes are in the mail and final return rate isn't knowable," Dave Ammons, spokesman for Secretary of State Sam Reed, said in an e-mail to seattlepi.com.

Plus all of those car trunks and closets they will need to go through.

They will keep finding ballots until Murray wins. The same way Rossi got screwed in the Governor’s race.

They also don’t know how many are left to count, because the Murray camp hasn’t determined if or how many they will need to manufacture.

Until they seize the printing presses, we'll never know.

In the mail? In CA (I know, I know, not a good example) the absentee ballots must be received by or on election day, or else, according to the instructions with my ballot. Postmarks don’t count.

Yup, cue the “not this sh*t again” pic. Poor Rossi, he is up against the best in the business when it comes to election fraud, they got it down.

If that’s true, the dem will win. Guaranteed.

They can find more votes until hell freezes over.

Washington State is 100% mail in ballots which is pretty darn lazy and an invitation for sleaze and corruption. They’re too cool there to have to go to an actual physical location to vote. Too busy for all that hassle

I got an email update from the Rossi campaign...he believes that King county has most of its ballots in (maybe 75%) and that other more conservative, better areas of the state....lol...have a higher proportion out still and there in lies his strength.....

the local election supervisor said the ballots are slightly larger this year and going thru the machines slower (eastern washington) and also some ballots were too lightly marked and they had to remark ballots at the office, which scares the hell out of me...hope there are poll watchers while they're doing all this...

it would be nice to pull this one out but you know the rats placed all their eggs in the senate races even if it meant loosing a lot of House seats..the house seats are the strength of the Tea party...

If they are going to steal an election they should do it like Reid did, with enough numbers to avoid a recount. Of course all the other indicators will show that you lost. They will be ignored by the State Run media if you are a RAT , especially a big top predator RAT.

The vote by mail system in Washington State has drawn out the vote count process for weeks for races that have small margins. We knew this race would be tight and are hoping the latter ballots will move Rossi ahead. We must not forget that as it moved closer to November 2, Rossi’s numbers in the polls took him 2 points ahead. If this reflects what the last minute voters put on their ballots, we could see Rossi pull ahead.

Also, I heard there were about 17,000 ballots with signature irregularities. This is where the voter failed to sign the outside envelope or signed the envelope with a signature that did not match the one on file at the county elections processing center. The Rossi team is calling these voters that they I.D.’d as Republican voters and making sure they sign the affidavit required to validate their ballot. If this effort is successful, we could squeak out a win for Rossi.

Stalin said, " The people who cast the votes don't decide an election, the people who count the votes do.”

No way corrupt Seattle liberals will allow a conservative to win a close election in Washington. Seattle is Washington's 7th congressional district often referred to as the Soviet of Washington is represented by Jim McDermott, psychiatrist turned politician who is running unopposed. This is where Patty Murry, with the most liberal voting record in the senate and the dumbest senator ever in American history, leads a right of center Dino Rossi by about 65% to 35%. Any close election in Washington is always stolen by the committed socialists of the great Emerald City. It's the "Seattle Way".

This race is well within the margin of Democrat fraud.

I hereby lend my support to all of the above replies, especially those which predict sufficient fraud to ensure Murray wins.

I know it sounds crazy, but I think Rossi may actually pull this one out.

The Rat Fraud Squad has moved their A team across the country to CT.

This mail in election crap is the dumbest thing I have ever heard of. Is there anyway to pull the plug on this idea in Washington state?
