Tea Party that lost
Delaware Coons 56% O’Donnell 40%
Nevada Reid 50% Angle 45%
Colorado Bennet 48% Buck 47%
West Virginia Manchin 54% Raese 43%

These ppl considered so extreme, that they can’t win. Look at how many ppl actually voted for them. So in Delaware, you want to ignore 40% of the conservatives, to satisfy 16% moderates, just to win. In Nevada, you want to ignore the 45% so satisfy the 5% moderates, just to win. Colorado 1% modearate, West Virginia 11% moderates

Moderates that lost
Connecticut Blumenthal 54% McMahon 44%
California Boxer 52% Fiorina 43%

Mcmahon lost by 10%, Fiorina lost by 9%. How that happen? According to you Rino, these moderates should have a better chance

If we want conservative policies implemented, we need to WIN RACES. Politics is not an academic exercise.

Jay Cost said it best:
“the GOP lost three Senate seats because of weak candidates. That’s just terrible. My basic feeling is that economic conservatism can be sold to the country without being watered down. It has happened many times before in the last 100 years. But you need candidates who can articulate the conservative case in a broad way, not a narrow way.
Conservatives are right to be worried about “establishment” Republicans.... But they should also worry about anti-establishment candidates who are not going to get to half-plus-one. And actually, for conservatives really to get stuff done, they need more than half-plus-one. Would Ronald Reagan have gotten his tax cut through in 1981 if he had won by two points and had lost 20 states? I doubt it.”
