Democratic Rep. Gabrielle Giffords was holding onto a 1% lead against Republican challenger Jesse Kelly in the 8th Congressional District.
In the 7th Congressional District, Democratic Rep. Raul Grijalva had a lead of nearly three percentage points, and he declared victory.

That’s what I read in the sonoran alliance blog. I haven’t checked up on that blog today. So. AZ Freepers that post on the local forum are a really good source of local info on those races.

So far all the close races are going to the Democrats. I don’t expect these races to be any different.
To: pissant
Yep, that’s how Grijalva stays in office. Oh and it’s not too far from the posted signs that this administration warned Americans to stay away from.

Enact (thru the states) legislation that eliminates as much possible vote fraud as possible.

So far all the close races are going to the Democrats. I dont expect these races to be any different.Yeah, I notice that too. Almost every really close election somehow finds a way to break for the Democrats. I've watched at least a half dozen do this so far, and have no reason to believe the rest won't.
Ofcourse in few, idiot 3rd party (Libertarian mostly) voters helped give seats away to Democrats.

Arizona has been trying to do that for years. We can't even get a law through requiring identification at the polls. One was vetoed by Governor Napolitano. Another was passed by the voters and then obliterated by the courts. Another was SB1070, which resulted in our being sued, boycotted, and defunded by the Federal Government.
The rocket scientist probably did win the election, but she'll never be able to prove it. Even if she managed to find additional votes, Grijalva can pull all the votes he needs out of a broom closet or the trunk of a car.
