She should demand an emergency injuntion to suspend the election results pending a thourough audit of the vote tallying, and an investigation by the state AG into allegations of voter fraud and intimidation. The dems are experts in this stuff. We could take a few lessons from them.
She needs to break the mold here and be more TEA PARTY and less "nice guy" REPUBLICAN, and hang in there and exactly do as you suggest, urgently, in a legal fashion, I mean NOW-find a judge in the middle of the night in Clark County or Carson City and file it against Reid!!
