She needs to break the mold here and be more TEA PARTY and less "nice guy" REPUBLICAN, and hang in there and exactly do as you suggest, urgently, in a legal fashion, I mean NOW-find a judge in the middle of the night in Clark County or Carson City and file it against Reid!! This is so blatantly a stolen election.
