Let's say the Democrats take Delaware, but they LOSE Nevada, et al, and end up as the minority party in the Senate.
That effectively disenfranchises the people of Delaware. The LOOT will cease to flow.
First, the credit card companies that do business in Delaware ~ bust them down to T-bills plus 2% and really hurt them HARD.

Rove lost money when Christine beat Castle...that’s why he was pissed. Mitt = Obama second term.

Didn't Castle huddle up with 0 immediately after he lost the primary. People like Rove and Castle are the enemies of what we're trying to accomplish here. Some never learn even after failures like Specter and Jeffords. Rove stepped way over the line the night and next morning after the Castle loss. He's an incorrigible insider and needs to be thrown out with the rest of the cocktail party.

After Arlen Specter, I don't trust any RINO bastard.
You think he would have gotten himself elected as a Republican, then immediately changed parties or at least not caucused with the Republicans? I just couldn't see that.
Remember, in the vote on Obama Care not a single RINO in the Senate jumped ship. They surprised me. Sometimes they do the right thing.

Why are the majority if people ignoring the fact that THERE ARE 0 PRECINCTS REPORTING? Because it's not true.
The feed is active and results are coming in. I posted the 9% of NCC precinct results: Coons 65%, O'Donnell 32%.

If Castle was such a sure thing, why didn’t he win the friggin’ PRIMARY?
C.O. might have had a better chance if Tokyo Rove would have STFU instead of badmouthing the R candidate... he got all pissy because his R lost the primary.
Tokyo Rove is an ESTABLISHMENT REPUBLICAN. And no friend to Conservatives.

Defund Delaware. Cut them off and let the flop alone. We have to get the Feds out of the handout Biz. These communists states will fail on their own.

Christine O’Donnell is a good idea—no, an excellent idea—to this very minute. Your problem is you haven’t listened to O’Donnell herself.
And if this lie that she lost turns out to be factual, I say O’Donnell should be among those headed for the White House.

I side with Rove on this; competent candidates matter. If elections were only about being right on a grocery list of issues, we could run me for office, or any of you.
Being competent and being right on the issues is our ideal case. But don’t delude ourselves into believing that good intentions translate into good results. That kind of identity politics, where we all get drunk on hopium, is for liberals.

I am no big fan of his, but it's silly to think that this marxist is going to be better than Mike Castle--who voted with the Republicans more than half the time, even when it was against his (rather liberal) constituency.

Yes, and there is no one to blame here. You can't blame the Tea Party people for trying and you can't blame Rove for his POV, either.
It was a calculated move. Rove probably thought her chances of winning were slim. I have to admit I have not been impressed with her from what I've seen on TV but then I haven't seen the RAT at all.
It's amazing the debris people will vote for. But it's time to stop blaming Rove.

Why are the majority if people ignoring the fact that THERE ARE 0 PRECINCTS REPORTING? These calls are based on exit polls ( Polls. Remember the polls saying Angle was done? That Crist was making a comeback? Kerry wins? Gore wins? etc etc) Im waiting for solid numbers and votes.
I'd like to see 'em too, but apparently the Exit Polls indicated that it was way beyond the margin wherein she had a chance. It'll be interesting to see where the final figures come out. IF it's a blow out for Coons, will know that the rumors from earlier today were all spin to get out the Dem vote.

Well, I guess I'm not surprised, but I'm also not happy to see Christine come up a bit short. She faced a lot of challenges, some of which were wholly unnecessary. On the night of her victorious primary night, she was tripped at the start of this general election race by people she assumed she could count on for support.
Win or lose, you did good, Christine!
To: Conservativegreatgrandma
You’re right—Delaware is a liberal state. Even with the wind at your back, a conservative would have to run a pretty much perfect race. The problem is no legit candidate thought they had a shot against Castle so all that enthusiasm was blindly bestowed on COD, a perennial gadfly who, though a nice gal at heart and right on the issues, was never qualified, vetted or prepared for a serious campaign. It’s a shame because we could have a shot if more people realized Castle was vulnerable early on.
To: Gondring
If those numbers are from Newcastle county they’re way off the statewide numbers.

Yeah, I saw that right after I posted. But 9% isnt 90%. Exit polls are not votes. I’m going to wait for actual results.
To: TexasGreg
Nonsense. The RINO was beaten in the primary. that’s the way it works.

I side with Rove on this; competent candidates matter. The funny thing is, she never did answer the questions Karl Rove brought up.
And there's the matter of the FEC charges. In a way, I hope they don't go through with those now that she's lost; in a way, I hope they do...since I don't like election fraud, even if it's someone who claims to be a conservative.
