Title was the report. Polling places in Hartford and Bridgeport have reported that they ran out of ballots. How does a polling place run out of ballots? Is there not a list with the number of registered voters in the district and wouldn't they have that number on hand?
The Secretary of State has instructed them to print more ballots.
Just seems odd and worthy of attention. Or am I being too cynical?

Not good. Hartford and Bridgeport are the two largest cities in Connecticut and are where most Democrap vote fraud occurs.
The dead people used up the first batch of ballots, leaving none for the warm-blood residents.

I think they average the number of voters over the last few elections to determine the number of ballots. Not sure.
If they went by registered voters, they would always have a huge amount of leftover ballots.
I’ve never voted at any precinct, always voted absentee ballot.
Suspect indeed—especially with turnout apparently low in other inner-city areas across the country.

I would be very leary of doing anything to p!zz off Vince McMahon...the guy is ruthless and very smart....
I would refuse to move a foot until more ballots were secured. There is no excuse to have less ballots than eligible voters. Obviously not every eligible voter will vote but there needs to be at least a decent overshoot of ballots needed for a high turnout election model.
People do mess up their ballots from time to time, and have to request a new one. But that should get recorded.

If they "ran out" it frequently means, I mean it could mean, that ten or twenty thousand got diverted to some other location (where there are three hundred #2 pencils filling in ovals as we speak).
Knowing the makeup of those cities it does sound odd.
Those precincts should be forced to subject themselves to investigation. Force them to mail everyone who voted an acknowledgment. When households with two registered voters receive 5 confirmations, 3 for people they never heard of, you can gauge the amount of ‘phantom’ voting.
Make them an example, put officials AND voters in jail, and keep doing it to suspect precincts until the rats are AFRAID to commit fraud.
This is BS. Earlier today the reports were higher than normal turnout in traditional Republican areas and lower than normal turnout in the Democratic areas. Local TV showed Bridgeport polling locations and it was nearly empty.
I vote in the same polling location as Blumenthal and Foley and this was the first time there was a line. It took 20 minutes which is usually a quick in n out. One thing they were doing was counting the number of voters against the number of ballots every hour. If the voters done show up, they can be running out of ballots.
So this story from the CT Democratic Secretary of State is bogus on its face. It sounds to me like a Soros operation like they had in Ohio last time.
